Powerpoint !!

I have learned alot from the power point project. It showed me that im not a pro at everything cause I thought I knew how to move powerpoints and post them on differnt web sites but i found out I did'nt. And now that I know how to post them to differnt web sites I can use this knowledge in the near future. The directions was very good and helpful to get me threw the process of making my own powerpoint. Since I kow the steps to making a succesful powerpoint when we have class assigments to do powerpoints im going to be ahead of the class cause I had extra help that they couldnt get. Also It showed how I can make my designs better or the backgrounds of the powerpoint to draw more people attention in the presenation of the powerpoint.

30 facts that you need to know about the power point unit.

1. when you first launch power point there a blank document under new window for you to get started.
2. The blank presentation text layouts allows you to build your own slides.

3. The title bar lets you know what program you are currently using.

4. The standard toolbar contains icons for some of the most commonly used commands.

5. Placeholders conatins formatting characteristics for items to be added which savees time.

6. View buttons allow you to quickly switch between power point views

7.The staus bar displays information about the number of slides

8.The slide sorter plane displays thumb nail repersenations of each slide.

9. The menu bar displays alot of other menus.

10.The formatting toolbar conatins buttons for the most commonly.

19. one way you can add a new slide by clicking the new slide on formatiing menu.

21.Power point will automacilly choose the bulleted list.

22.To change the slide layout, simply click on the disered layout.

23. click in the title placeholder to make it active.

24. Then type the words" Areas of technolgy"

25.Set the font size and color.

26.Type the following 4 areas communcations, production, bio-related, energy power technolgy.

27.Insert another slide . This time choose bulleted lists as the style.

28.If you have not saved our powerpoint eachstep of the way this would be the best time to do so.

29. For a graphic picture you double click clip art.

30. Then clip art will appear with alot of pictures.

My expirence of using the blog

My experince on the blog was very interesting. There's alot more in the world then just facebook and twitter , i never thought about making a blog account, but when i came to technolgy i had to make one and I really enjoyed it !! While using the blog I have learned how to use the computer a little more and found out the internet can be a very useful source.

What i have learned about the wind turbine

I have learned alot from the wind turbines i have learned that they can be a main power source of the world and places that are on they on with no natural resouce. People may think that it cannot produce enough energy to support a house but 5mph winds can turn on a light bulb. And most country places like Virgina, Colorado they use alot of wind turbines to support some of they farm land.

Good design and bad designs

U have to make sure you have visble words and you have to make sure the background does not interfer with the words you are typing. And you really have to know what you are talking about when you are trying to do a web design.  But most importanlly you have to make sure all of your navagations bars work correctly. And make sure all your links color cordinate with your page . And make sure your graphic designs buttons are not big and dorky. Also make sure that the navagations buttons and bars provide the vistor with a clue to as to where there are, what page of the site they are currently on. Make sure every graphic has an alt label , every graphic link has a matching text link. First page fits into an 800 x 600 pixel space.

What i have learned about blogging

A blog is something where you can express yourself and really tell how you feel about thing when nobody will listen you can always come to the computer and type how you feel. A blog can always be fun cause you can always interact with differnt people around the world. And a blog can be what ever you make it you can turn it into a facebook or you can turn it into a twitter nd jus upload pictures all day. but some people just get on it to beileve stress!!!
